juliofinance.com is the personal brand of Julio Cañas. The site offers:

• FintelBrief™: a monthly email newsletter.
• Information about Julio's books (including the waitlist for the next title).
• Access to lead magnets / assessments (hosted on an external platform).

Paid services (1-on-1 advisory, strategic accounting, insurance, the AgentPRO™ community) are not contracted or delivered from this site: they live on the sites of their respective brands, each with its own terms.

3. Permitted use

You may:

• Browse, read, and share the content for personal use.
• Quote excerpts on social media, on your own site, or in publications, with attribution to the source.
• Subscribe to the newsletter, join the book waitlist, or send us a message through the contact form.

You may not:

• Copy and republish the full content without written authorization.

• Run automated mass scraping, attack the site, or attempt to access non-public systems.

4. Subscriptions (newsletter, waitlist)

When you subscribe to the newsletter or join the book waitlist:

• You agree to receive email communications related to the content you subscribed to.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
• The handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We do not send spam, and we do not share your email with third parties.

5. Content you provide

If you send us a message through the contact form, a question for an episode, an answer to an assessment, or any other content:

• You confirm that it is your own work and that you have the right to send it.
• You grant us the right to use your question or comment anonymously in educational content (without identifying you), unless you ask otherwise.
• You do not transfer ownership of that content to us: it remains yours.
